Collectively, we hope to encourage people to critically examine history in ways that can fuel our radical imaginations and support struggles for radical change. Artists from the Cup Doodle - 9-week Comic-Making Workshop & Residency Program will be sharing their comics, doodles, and noodles! This 9-week Comic-Making Workshop & Residency Program provides financial, cultural and mutual support to marginalized Asian youth interested in building an art community and developing their story-writing and image-creation skills. This project is coordinated by Althea Balmes, and supported by SKETCH Working Arts and the Ontario Arts Council - Conseil des arts de l'Ontario. |
